Composite Bonding Experts

Composite bonding is a cosmetic procedure that is very similar to composite veneers, however the difference is that bonding does not cover the entire teeth (as composite veneers do). Composite bonding is an affordable and minimally invasive cosmetic dentistry option designed to beautify your smile. You can have brighter, whiter, and straighter teeth with minimal or no damage to your existing tooth structure. Composite bonding can be coloured matched to your existing teeth or we can create whiter teeth for you whilst still maintaining a natural realistic look and feel.

Composite Bonding designed to cover the surface of your teeth in order to correct their appearance, shape, colour and position. Suitable for adults, teenagers, as well as even younger patients, the composite veneer process is more economical than for porcelain veneers, and the whole procedure is normally entirely reversible.

It all begins with a 3D visualisation…

You will be able to visualise what your composite bonding will look like prior to proceeding with the procedure. The visualisation procedure doesn’t damage your teeth at all and works to help us custom design your composite bonding with your own personal input, creating composite veneers that are ideally crafted to your exact specifications. Composite bonding is very often used after Invisalign to correct minor shape anomalies-visual imperfections in teeth.

We provide composite bonding that utilise an award winning IPS Empress direct system from Germany, which combines the aesthetics of ceramics with high surface gloss for a lasting and beautiful result (many dentists use inferior cheaper composites for bonding and veneers- these cheaper composites with poor shade choices are designed for fillings and not for composite bonding or veneers). Whereas most dentists use a single shade of composite ,Dr William uses multiple pulp, dentine and enamel shades to create a chameleon effect so as to mimic the appearance of real teeth

Traditional bonded composite maintains the original shape of your teeth but make them whiter, however Dr William offers Extended (3 D) bonding which will change the shape and colour of your teeth. This three-dimensional change in shape is unique to each individual dentist and patient.

In this sense, the composite bonding provided by Dr William is tailor made and unique to each individual patient. Unlike many other dentists who recreate a similar shape to your original set of teeth, we’ll go through your options and design the perfect smile for you; the smile you’ve always dreamed of.

The CompositeBonding Procedure

Dr William Cosmetic Dentist, will assess your smile and take the necessary photographs and laser scans of your teeth. At this visit a 3D visualisation is often created for you, and photographs are taken of it. We use this service to help you visualise your new smile and show you the outstanding results we can help you achieve. We give you and indication of cost and time frames for completion. This visit is usually 45 minutes in duration.

You then go home or to work, and consider whether composite bonding suitable for you.

When you have decided to proceed with composite bonding, you will make a booking for a visit lasting an hour or so, where we create your new composite bonding using the template we established with your 3D visualisation . You leave our practice with your new composite bonding permanently secured into place. You are now ready to smile with confidence!

There are further short visits for minor adjustments and for final photographs of your new composite veneers and your new smile. After that it is just regular check ups and cleaning as recommended by your cosmetic dentist.

Absolutely love my veneers - so happy I picked Classic Smiles to create my smile for my wedding. Dr William, Georgia and all the women there were patient, kind and explained everything to me. Dr William did a fantastic job! I have a combination of porcelain veneers at the front and composite veneers on the side teeth, and you cannot notice the difference between the materials as they are so well matched - I am very happy with them! My journey to a confident smile has been a long one; various health and financial concerns meant that my dental health had been "on the backburner" for many years. In June of 2021 I went and met both Dr Will and Georgia regarding an issue I was experiencing with my teeth both cosmetically and functionally. I had a severe open bite where my teeth were all out of shape and it left an obvious 2-3cm gap between my top front teeth and bottom teeth. I am only 23 and had not really had much experience with teeth cosmetic issues.Before I met with Dr Will and Georgia I had minimal hope as to how I was going to rectify this issue timely, cost effectively and cosmetically as other dentists had deemed it a unique and long case. However, Dr Will and Georgia were so accommodating, innovative and caring about my situation and how we could get the best outcome most efficiently, which made me feel very comfortable and excited.I was placed in elastic braces for 5 weeks which amazingly brought my teeth together and into shape and then I had porcelain veneers put on top and they look fantastic.Having this procedure done with Classic smiles was one of the best decisions I have made and I am truly grateful for the way things played out. I had such a great experience at Classic Smiles Dental. I went in for the first consultation to see what my options were for fixing my teeth which was a big insecurity of mine. Have been trying to reach them since January with their voicemail advising 'temporary closure until Feb' it is now end of September with no updates or contact on what is happening.I'm aware of the very unfortunate incident that occurred (only due to my own findings by searching google for answers) but to leave myself and all your other paying clients in the dark without answers and not a simple courtesy email to advise of the closure or future plans is pathetic. Is that how you treat clients who have spent an upward of 10k?Chipped my front composite bond in half yesterday eating lunch (only a year after having them done) and tried to get in contact again for the 20th+ time to find the line is completely disconnected now.. no option to call for an emergency repair which resulted in me having to pay an additional $1k at a random dentist with no information retrievable on colour match, shape or anything to have it fixed urgently.No decency to paying customers.. if they do decide to reopen, avoid!
